Ah yes. A strange man comes out of nowhere and tells you he will die if he can't have complete control over you, this very instant.

Only a fool would agree to that.

Liam Lee’s solitary life as a freelance mechanic is turned upside down when he unwittingly catches the eye of Diegesis, storytelling incarnate… or so the creature claims. Figures from his past begin to emerge in strange and unfamiliar shapes. As the lines between reality and the fantastical begin to blur, they reveal a world he'll have to fight to remain alive in.

Our protagonist. Lee lives a solitary life as a freelance mechanic for movie theaters. He collects weird media and has a history of hookups with strange men.

His dating pool is about to get a whole lot stranger.

Storytelling incarnate, or so he would tell you. This untrustworthy Platonic Ideal loves only one thing more than the sound of his own voice: Praise. If he gets his way, Lee will end up kneeling at Diegesis' feet, forever.

Lee's college Ex, who has contacted him out of nowhere. They used to be close, and Billy makes it easy to fall back into old routines. Is Billy a jerk with a heart of gold, or just a jerk in general?

A mysterious gentleman who shows up in the wrong place at the wrong time. A friend will warn the player not to pursue this route, but since when has Lee ever listened to reason?

The current early access build (ver 0.47.7) has:

• Roughly 275,000 words, which includes the entire story,
• A flowchart to keep track of the story's branching, twisting paths,

• Nine Endings. That's all. Don't worry your pretty little head about finding any more than that,
• Scenes containing BDSM, psychological torment and body horror, 
• Occasional cracks in the narrative with light interactive gameplay,

• A Character and Terminology Glossary,
• A Background Gallery for viewing dozens of CGs and art,
• A Music Room for listening to the soundtrack,
• Achievements,
• Regular typo and bug checks by a discord of really wonderful fans!

Buying the early access build will also get you the full release, which is scheduled for December 2026. You can also back me on patreon to help fund development of the game and test fresh builds before anyone else!

• Finalized art,
